After a previous experience with a tree lopping company, I felt that my tree looked misshapen, ugly and with lots of... branches cut at weird places. The tree ended up being infested with borer as a result. I vowed never to get a tree lopper to do a job that was intended for an arborist!The Tree Essence team were professional, with a reminder service and prompt communication (especially since I tried to contact several other companies and without them bothering to return my calls or messages).With any 'service' company, you never know what you're going to truly end up with. And it's hard to know with a tree 'shaping' what you'll get for the money invested. But with the Tree Essence I was so incredibly surprised and the result surpassed all my expectations!Ruben and Evan were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - explaining what they would accomplish and why, tree health and shaping. They shaped my tree beautifully, removed branches that were hitting the garbage trucks, removed the dead wood and cleared the area.
